Republicans are gearing up for the upcoming battle against Vaccine Passports.
Republicans across the country are trying to stamp out any attempt to create a Vaccine Passport. The Vaccine Passport is a measure private companies, Democrats, and even some Republicans have been exploring as a way to reopen the country and encourage vaccination. Many view the Vaccine Passport as a form of fascism and a violation of the 1st Amendment.
Governor Ron DeSantis was the first high level Republican to speak out about Vaccine Passports. In a statement “It’s completely unacceptable for either the government or the private sector to impose upon you the requirement that you show proof of vaccine to just simply be able to participate in normal society.” DeSantis is also pushing the Florida Legislature to permentatly ban the measure.
Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is putting forward a bill in Congress that will ban vaccine passports and ensure that discrimination against the unvaccinated is prevented.

Senator Rand Paul also chimed in on the issue. Paul called for Americans to resist vaccine passports and labeled them as the “latest COVID power grab”.
The new mRNA vaccine is an unknown actor and NOT just like any other vaccine. There are individuals best advised NOT to receive the new mRNA vaccine, for fear of severe adverse reactions. Let qualified physicians make such decisions as to who receives the vaccine, not tinhorn dictators of lefty Bolsheviks.
So Democrats want a special ID to fly on a plane but don’t want anyone to show their ID to vote?
