Experts Claim ‘Unknown Pneumonia’ ‘More Deadly Than Coronavirus’ Sweeping Through Asia

Experts in Kazakhstan are sounding the alarm over an unidentified new form of pneumonia which is currently sweeping the country and which they claim is more deadly than Coronavirus.

Since June 2019, more than 32,000 cases of the disease have been reported in the country.

As The Daily Mail reports:

Cases of ‘unknown pneumonia’ which are sweeping across Kazakhstan are likely to be undetected Covid-19 infections, an expert has said.

The Chinese embassy had claimed the pneumonia outbreak is more dangerous than coronavirus…

Kazakhstan’s Health Ministry said it has recorded more than 32,000 cases of pneumonia between June 29 and July 5 alone, along with 451 deaths.

Saule Kisikova, health care department chief in capital Nursultan, told Kazinform news agency: ‘Some 300 people diagnosed with pneumonia are being hospitalised every day.’
