A horrifying attacked on two elderly women carried out by a 47 year old homeless veteran has been caught on video. As The Daily Mail reports:
Shocking surveillance footage shows the moment a man attacks two women at a Phoenix IHOP with a coffee pot.
Joe Ernest Meza, 47, was given six charges when he was arrested on September 29 by police who grabbed him while he was running in the parking lot of the eatery near 51st Avenue and McDowell.
He was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with the intent to cause injury, one count of theft and a count of disorderly conduct.
Police responded to the scene after learning that a man was assaulting diners at the eatery.
The man is reported to be a mentally ill transient with a long criminal history.
This vet had a distinguished military career. He was a cook. He was kicked out of the military because he was a drunk. No Medal of Honor winner he.
The fact that he is a Veteran is irrelevant. Dirt bags like this come from all backgrounds.
Told my son in law he ever hit my daughter I’d bury him, I meant every word, don’t punch my wife and my daughter isn’t some mans punching bag.
I would have killed him on the spot without a single hesitation.
Just think of what we could be doing to help Americans if we were not pouring BILLIONS to support illegals along with the BILLIONS that our so called politicians are bilking the American taxpayer out of. Just look at Calif. homelessness out of control. Yet there are morons that continue to vote the ones responsible in every year.
Although this video is difficult to watch as this unbalanced veteran is allowed to attack two elderly women for no apparent reason. Our left leaning government should be held responsible for not insisting this man be placed in a facility where his illness could be treated. His weapon could just as easily have been a gun or knife . . . perhaps now the left would like to ban coffee pots?????
Until the left decides to stop with all the false accusations against Trump and start doing their jobs these incidents will continue . . .
Mental illness is on the rise and quickly becoming a serious issue. We are not coping well. Veterans suffer from PTSD and depression, in some cases combat may have jump started other mental disorders and dysfunctions. Many of the so-called homeless choose to be so, because they are mentally ill patients who have chosen not to take their meds, or to seek treatment. You can’t force an individual to look after themselves. You can give them the means, but they have to be accepting of their mental state, and they have to want to help themselves. If you find yourself in a situation with one, don’t engage. Back or walk away and call for help. Your life’s not worth it.
