Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said abuse by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court may end up plunging the nation into a constitutional crisis, Thursday on “Fox & Friends.”
“The FISA court has granted 99.9 percent of government surveillance requests,” Napolitano said. “You see the anti-Trump political dossier funded by the Democrats. You see Andrew Mccabe and his colleagues using this dossier as the basis for a FISA application.”
“The first word in FISA, the F stands for ‘foreign’ intelligence surveillance act. It’s now been turned 180 degrees on its head to spy on Americans,” he added.
Napolitano said these abuses have been occurring for decades but blames people like former FBI Director Jim Comey and former deputy director Andrew McCabe for continuing the culture of corruption.
